1. Guarantee the apparatus offered accords with laws and regulations and trade standard of the national relevant safety in production, the environmental protection and fire control.
2. The apparatus offered does not have the defects result from behavior or carelessness of design, materials, processing and supplier, guarantee to accord with the regulations of country in quality, technical specification and performance.
3. Guarantee the apparatus offered is installed and operated correctly under the guidance of supplier, when operates and maintains it according to the supplier's operation instructions, the apparatus can run normally. It is quality assurance in one year from the on day when the apparatus is confirmed. Within quality assurance, supplier is responsible for repairing, changing and bearing the expenses to any trouble and damage of apparatus and stores offered (Except for damage result from non-normal operation).
4. After expiring of quality assurance, the supplier guarantees to supply the stores that the apparatus needs for a long time.
5. Guarantee the technical parameter of apparatus offers totally meets the requirement of demanding party, applicable to its work condition, and offers the examining report of performance while delivering products.

One Design and cooperation
Offer omni-directional technological service of product design, manufacturing, debugging and connecting on spot with special specification and requirement for use.

Two After-sale services
1. Responsible for operating personnel's technical training for the demanding party freely.
2. Responsible for technical guidance, such as installing, debugging and connecting on spot etc. freely.
3. The apparatus is used for one year, the supplier is responsible for maintaining and dealing with the trouble to the apparatus freely in quality assurance.
4. After expiring of quality assurance, supplier supplies the store with compensation if the apparatus breaks down.
5. Supplier sends the technical staff to handle problem on spot within 48 hours when receives the notice if the apparatus break down in operation.
